How to Apply

Interested candidates should download the ADMISSION FORM and submit the filled in application form to Head of Operations, Grassroots Institute through e-mail.

Selection Process

The applicants will be selected and admitted every month till the seats are available. When the seats become full, no further application will be accepted. The admission to the Summer Field Schools will be done on the basis of first come first served. Some of the applicants will, however, be kept on waitlist.

The students who have been undertaking or have undertaken their current studies from the Partner Institutions of the Grassroots Institute will be given preference in selection process.

The selected student will be issued a Provisional Offer of Admission having annexes of (i) Instruction for fees payment, (ii) Terms & Conditions for participating the Summer Field School, and (iii) Policies for students to follow during the Summer Field School. The students will also be required to submit their transcripts and other testimonials.

The admission to the Summer Field School will be confirmed only on receipt of the amount of fees/charges within the deadline given in Provisional Offer of Admission.
